If you have been moved to the RSVP list and will not be attending, you must cancel by midnight to avoid being recorded as a no-show. If we receive a cancellation and/or you are moved to the RSVP list, your attendance will be notified via email by midnight prior to the day of the program, to give you time to cancel. Waitlist = You are not registered to attend the program, but you are added to the Waitlist.
For the VO Lab program, two (2) no-shows within 60 days and you will not be able to attend VO Lab classes or reserve studio sessions for 90 days We refer to this as the 2/60/90 rule. Failure to fulfill a RSVPed reservation or arrival after check-in is completed will be recorded as a no-show.
